Associate Director, Diversity and Inclusion
Brent Chamberlain is the head of diversity for Bell, the largest communications company in Canada. In this role, he leads the enterprise-wide corporate strategy focused on creating competitive business advantage through workplace inclusion and diverse marketplace growth.
Brent joined Bell in 2014 after four years as the Executive Director of Pride at Work Canada where he was regularly called upon by employers and the media to share his professional insight on topics relating to sexual orientation and gender identity in the workplace.
A passionate supporter of inclusive city-building, Brent currently serves as the Chair of the Pan Am Path, a legacy project of the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games and has been appointed to the Toronto region grant review team for the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the largest granting foundation in Canada.
Brent is a graduate of McGill University and the London School of Economics.
